DMCA Notice & Policy

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that any content, prompt description, or artwork preview available on PromptDiva infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent.

2. Required Information for DMCA Notice

To expedite processing, your DMCA notice must contain the following elements as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Specific identification of the allegedly infringing material on PromptDiva, including the exact URL(s).
• Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If your content was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe this was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification complying with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to our copyright agent.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

PromptDiva maintains a strict policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts or community contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property.
